My love for breakfast began as a child; it was the meal where one could have anything from cake to steak and everything in between. Growing up next to a French bakery my morning was filled with the comforting waft of a freshly baked baguette or warm croissant, but it wasn't until this year when my love for baking came to life. In wake of the uncertainty that defined my Covid ruled life, I found comfort in the kitchen perfecting my baking skills and delivering endless baked goods to frontline workers.
